The service
HeadshotAI provides a free, browser-based tool for cropping photos to passport, visa and ID document specifications and producing print-ready sheets. The tool runs entirely on your device; you keep full ownership of your photos and the files you create with it.
No guarantee of acceptance
Document photo requirements are set by governments and agencies, and they change. The size presets and guidance here are provided in good faith but are not official advice, and we cannot guarantee any photo produced with this tool will be accepted by a passport office, consulate or other authority. Always verify the current requirements with the issuing authority before submitting.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the tool only with photos you have the right to use, and not for creating fraudulent identity documents or any other unlawful purpose.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including rejected applications, printing costs or travel disruption.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves (for example, when the AI headshot generator launches). Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
